Delivery and Performance Terms
How and when SkyBacklink digital services (backlinks, sponsored posts, credits) are delivered.
SkyBacklink services are fully digital; there is no physical shipping. Delivery means the electronic performance of the service.
Performance Time
- Footer backlink: usually goes live on the relevant publisher site within 1–3 business days after payment approval.
- Sponsored post: usually published within 1–5 business days after content approval.
- Credit package: credits are loaded to your account instantly upon payment approval.
Tracking
The status of every order (pending, processing, live, expired) is tracked live from the customer panel. For each published backlink, the live and expiry dates are shown in the panel.
Duration and Removal
For time-based services, the placement is automatically removed at the end of the selected term (e.g. 30/60/90 days) and marked "expired" in the panel.
If the Service Cannot Be Performed
If a service cannot be performed for a technical reason, the amount paid is refunded via the same payment method or credited to your account. See the Refund & Cancellation terms. Questions: support@skybacklink.com.
