This notice explains how your personal data is processed by skybacklink as the data controller, in line with Turkey's Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK) and, for international visitors, equivalent GDPR principles.
Personal data we process
- Account data: name, email address, password (stored hashed).
- Order and transaction data: package selection, order history, credit balance, crypto payment notifications.
- Technical and security data: IP address, session and device information, security logs.
- Contact data: information you send through the contact form or support.
Purposes and legal bases
Your data is processed to provide the service and perform the contract, to secure accounts and prevent fraud, to meet legal obligations, and (where you consent) for marketing communication. Legal bases include performance of a contract, legitimate interest, legal obligation and explicit consent.
Retention and transfers
Your personal data is retained for as long as the processing purpose and applicable law require, then deleted or anonymised. Where necessary to provide the service (for example, sending email), data may be shared with authorised service providers in compliance with the law.
Your rights
You have the right to learn whether your data is processed, request information, ask for correction or deletion, object to processing and request remedy of any damage. You can exercise these rights via the channels on our contact page.
