How your personal data is processed under data protection law (KVKK / GDPR), the purposes, retention and your rights.

This notice describes how personal data of SkyBacklink users is processed under the GDPR and Turkey's Law No. 6698 (KVKK).

Personal data we process

Account data: name, email address, password (stored as an irreversible hash).
Transaction data: order and payment records, credit movements, support correspondence.
Technical data: IP address, session and security logs, language preference.

Purposes and legal bases

Providing the service and performing the contract: account, order and publication management.
Compliance with legal obligations: invoicing and record retention.
Legitimate interest: security, abuse prevention, service improvement.
Consent: marketing emails and analytics/marketing cookies only with your consent.

Sharing

Your data is shared with infrastructure providers (hosting, email delivery) only to the extent required to provide the service; it is never sold to third parties.

Retention

Account data is kept for the duration of your membership; transaction and invoice records are kept for the minimum periods required by law, then deleted or anonymised.

Your rights (GDPR / KVKK Art. 11)
