Refund & Cancellation Policy

These terms govern cancellation and refunds for backlink and sponsored-post orders placed through skybacklink.

Cancellation before publication

If your order has not yet been reviewed or published, you may request cancellation. In that case the amount paid, or the credits used, are refunded to your account.

After publication

Once a backlink or sponsored post goes live on your chosen publisher site, the service is considered delivered. Due to its digital and made-to-order nature, placements that have gone live are non-refundable. If published content contains an error on our part, we will provide a correction or a suitable remedy.

Crypto payments

Because payments are made with crypto assets, where a confirmed payment can be refunded it is credited to your account as an equivalent amount of credits; due to the irreversible nature of blockchain transactions, direct on-chain refunds are not guaranteed.

Credit refunds

Credits used for self-service backlink requests that are rejected by an administrator or cannot be fulfilled are automatically returned to your account and appear as a transaction record in the panel.
