Distance Sales Agreement

This Distance Sales Agreement ("Agreement") is concluded electronically between the parties below for the digital services ordered through skybacklink.com.

1. Parties

Buyer: The individual or legal entity placing the order, as stated in the account details.

2. Subject

The sale and performance of the digital services (footer backlink placement, sponsored-post publication, credit packages) ordered by the Buyer through the Seller's site skybacklink.com, with the characteristics and price shown below.

3. Service and Price

The name, scope, duration and total price (incl. all taxes) of the ordered service are shown clearly on the order and payment screen. Prices are stated in US dollars ($); payment is made by crypto asset or (when offered) credit/debit card.

4. Performance / Delivery

The service is performed digitally after payment is approved, within the timeframe set out in the Delivery & Performance terms (the backlink goes live / the sponsored post is published / credits are loaded). The entire process can be tracked from the Buyer's panel.

5. Right of Withdrawal

The Buyer has the right to withdraw within 14 days without giving a reason. However, for services whose performance has begun with the Buyer's consent and for digital content supplied instantly, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised. For orders not yet started, a withdrawal request may be sent to support@skybacklink.com and the amount is refunded via the same payment method. See the Refund & Cancellation terms.

6. Dispute Resolution

For international buyers, the applicable consumer-protection law and competent courts of the Buyer's jurisdiction apply. For buyers in Türkiye, the Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts are competent within the monetary limits set by law.

7. Entry into Force

By confirming the order, the Buyer declares that they have read and accepted all terms of this Agreement.
